SERVICES

(Three ways to engage)

Move from a messy workflow to a system your business can run on.

Start by finding the real problem. Build only what the workflow needs. Keep improving the system after it meets real users and real operations.

Start with a System Audit
01

System Audit

For founders and operating teams who know something is slowing the business down, but not precisely what — or what to build about it.

We work inside your workflow: how orders, requests, or cases actually move, where data lives, which steps are manual, what keeps breaking, and where the risk sits. The audit ends when the problem is specific enough to design against.

Start with a System Audit

You receive

  • Written findings on where time, money, and risk leak out
  • The system we would build, and why
  • Architecture outline and security considerations
  • A scoped build plan with pricing — useful even if you never hire us to build it

Typical scope

  • Stakeholder and workflow mapping
  • Current-system audit
  • Bottleneck analysis
  • User and data-flow diagrams
  • Security and operational risk register
  • Proposed architecture
  • Prioritised backlog
  • Build roadmap
  • Fixed-scope proposal
02

Product & AI Build

For teams ready to build or rebuild — a customer product, an operations portal, a dashboard, or an AI-assisted workflow with a defined job to do.

Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before we start. We design, engineer, test, secure, and document the system — and you watch it take shape as working software, not status decks.

Discuss your build

You receive

  • A production system, deployed
  • Source code you own outright
  • Product and architecture documentation
  • A security review and a tested deployment plan

Typical scope

  • Web and mobile applications
  • Internal dashboards and operations portals
  • Backend systems and databases
  • API integrations and workflow automation
  • AI copilots and agents
  • Authentication and permissions
  • UI/UX systems
  • Security testing and hardening
  • Deployment and infrastructure
  • Documentation and handover
03

Loop Care

For teams running a system we built or audited, who want it to keep matching the business as the business changes.

We monitor the system, fix what breaks, measure how it is used, and ship small, prioritised improvements in a continuous loop — with one accountable owner for the whole system.

Ask about Loop Care

You receive

  • Monitoring and maintenance
  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • A prioritised improvement backlog, shipped in small releases
  • Clear delivery ownership — one team, full context

Typical scope

  • Roadmap and feature development
  • Bug fixing and incident response
  • AI evaluation and optimisation
  • Security patches and dependency maintenance
  • Performance tuning and monitoring
  • Database maintenance
  • Monthly system review
  • Documentation updates

(What we build)

Customer & marketplace applications

Multi-sided platforms where customers, vendors, and operations meet.

Vendor & operations portals

The back-of-house tools that keep orders, inventory, and people moving.

Internal dashboards

One place to see and manage what currently lives in five tabs.

Workflow automation

Manual, error-prone steps turned into reliable software.

AI copilots & agents

Assistants that do real work inside your workflow — tested and controlled.

Secure API & data integrations

Systems that finally talk to each other, with clean data boundaries.

Cloud backends

The infrastructure underneath — built for reliability and security.

Design systems

A consistent product language, so every surface looks and works as one.

An anonymised delivery-platform case shows the same progression described here: map the operation, tailor one coherent system, then launch with shared architecture and documentation.

(One permanent method)

Discover. Tailor. Launch & Loop.

01

Discover

We map how the work actually happens before proposing anything — the workflow, the people in it, the data, and what success has to look like.

  • Workflow and users
  • Data and integrations
  • Constraints and risks
  • Success criteria
02

Tailor

We design the system around your operation — the experience, the architecture, the AI controls, and the security model — and agree the delivery plan before building.

  • UX and product design
  • Architecture and data model
  • AI controls and security model
  • Delivery plan and acceptance criteria
03

Launch & Loop

We build, test, deploy, and document the system — then measure how it performs in real use and keep improving it in deliberate iterations.

  • Engineering and testing
  • Deployment and documentation
  • Measurement in real use
  • Continuous iteration

(Included in every engagement)

Clear ownership from scope to handover.

Defined scope and acceptance criteria
Product and architecture documentation
Security review
Source-code ownership
Deployment plan
Testing and verification
Decision log
Handover documentation
Post-launch options

(Commercial model)

Audit

A defined, standalone engagement. You own the findings, diagrams, architecture, backlog, and roadmap whether or not you continue into a build.

Build

A fixed scope is agreed around written acceptance criteria. Pricing and timing follow discovery, when the system is clear enough to estimate responsibly.

Loop Care

Ongoing product ownership for a live system. Priorities are reviewed regularly and delivered in deliberate, documented iterations.

If scope changes, the impact on acceptance criteria, timing, and cost is written down and agreed before the change is built. There are no silent additions and no surprise invoices.

Not sure what should be built yet?

That is exactly where a System Audit starts. Bring the workflow, the bottleneck, and the constraints. The first job is to make the problem specific.
