A delivery marketplace that had grown into disconnected surfaces — fragmented flows, inconsistent experience, reliability problems, and little documentation. We audited the operation and reconstructed it as one coherent platform: every side of the marketplace on a shared backend, one design system, and documentation the next engineer can actually use.
